HAL-PE Associates Engineering Services was founded in 1979 by Howard A. Lung, PE, with but one mission: to provide the highest level of professional design and service for its clients.

Dean Gosney an officer in the Army Reserve joined the staff in 2000. The company incorporated in January 2005 and started the transition to a VOSB. 'Veteran Owned Small Business'. This process was complete January 2009 and certification is in process.

HAL-PE Associates Engineering Services, Inc. is structured around meeting the needs of our clients, including timeline, budget and design. Each project is assigned a project manager who personally interacts with the client. All project information is filtered through the project manager, ensuring the intents and wishes of the client are translated into quality working construction documents in a timely fashion. Through teamwork, communication and vigilant attention to detail, clients are guaranteed peace of mind with any completed project, knowing its integrity is second to none.
